Effect of SA treatment on physiological characteristics of Tartary buckwheat under lead stress

Two different kinds of Tartary buckwheat(L2081 and T370) were used as experimental materials,using solution cultivation method for studying the effects of lead stress on physiological and biochemical indexes,antioxidant enzymes activity,DNA cross-linking of Tartary buckwheat seedling.The results showed that with the salicylic acid concentration increases,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline and the content of superoxide radical of lead stress of Tartary buckwheat seedlings gradually reduce,and the chlorophyll and root activity were on the rise;The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities of a rising trend,DNA graces effect was a gradually increasing trend too;L2081 to lead the resistance of the stress is better than T370.
