An Investigation in Teachers' Job Satisfaction of Vocational Middle Schools in Shanxi Province

This study is to use scale to investigate teachers' job satisfaction of vocational middleschools in Shanxi province.Descriptive statistics demonstrate that teachers of vocational middle schools in Shanxi province have higher percentage of satisfaction on colleague and job itself.Difference tests show that:(1) The satisfaction of specialized teachers is the lowest on promotion.The satisfaction of public(foundation) teachers is the highest on operating procedures,but they get the lowest scores on job itself.Craft(practice) teachers get the lowest scores on award satisfaction;(2) The satisfaction of teachers with senior professional title is the highest on payment,benefiting and operating procedures.On the contrary,they get the lowest scores on colleague,job and sociality satisfaction;(3) Teachers of age from 40-49 get the highest scores on award and operating procedure satisfaction.
