Gap and Adjustment between the Theoretic Role and Practical Role of Teachers in University and College

Theoretic role of teachers in university and college are the backbone of intellectual and the nonesuch of pedagogue and the star of investigator. But realistically,the teachers in university and college have not been the backbone and the nonesuch and the star. Teachers should collaborate with the government and university and college for adjusting the gaps between the theoretic role and practical role of teachers.
