An Investigation on Elementary School Teachers' Job Pressure in the Rural Area of Jiaodong

The teacher's vocational pressure has always been an issue disturbing educational reforms.With a continual development of educational modernization and informatization in our country in recent years,the rural elementary school teachers are facing greater vocational pressures.Through an investigation on some primary teachers working in the rural area of Jiaodong,this paper makes an exploration of their job pressures from four factors of occupation,working condition,personal state and society,and puts forward some suggestions to relieve their pressures,including economic compensation,improvement of teacher evaluation mechanism,developing their communications with social groups,and establishment of risk aversion mechanism.
