On the University Teaching Reform: A Conception Based on Teachers'Curriculum Consciousness

The curriculum consciousness of university teachers is the core factor for the reform of teaching in universities.The weakness of curriculum consciousness is the main cause for the hard promotion of university teaching reform.To highly improve the university teaching reform,the reformer should strengthen the teachers'curriculum consciousness to position them as the main body of the reform;evoke the design consciousness to improve the design level ability;stimulate the generation consciousness to escalate the teaching effect;promote the comprehensive evaluation consciousness to scientifically evaluate the teaching effect.
