Vision:An Important Representation of Teacher Development

So far most of the studies on teacher development observe teacher development in a passive and negative way,without paying enough attention to teachers' subjectivity in their development,which leads to the fact that the studies cannot provide a full picture of the characteristics of teacher development.Vision,characterized by a future-oriented conception from a human-centered perspective,provides not only another perspective to analyze the relationship between teachers' subjectivity and teacher development,but also another important representation for teacher development.
