Construction Technology of Extra-long Pile Foundation of Super Large Bridge in Coastal Sediment Area

The coastal depositional area is rich in water,the geological conditions are complex. During the construction of extra long pile foundation of super large bridge,it is necessary to solve the problems of drilling into the hole,judging the final hole condition,placing the overweight steel cage crane in place and installing the sleeve connection. Construction technical problems such as quality control of ultra-deep pipe lower material pile. Based on the research of super-long pile foundation construction technology of Xinjin River extra-large single-tower cable-stayed bridge in Shantou East Coast deposit area,the technology of fast hole-forming through soft base by punched rock-socketed pile,positioning of steel retaining tube and follow-up wall protection technology are put forward and implement. The construction technology of mud separation equipment and other 8 technologies can effectively ensure the construction quality and construction period of the project,and ensure the safety of the operation of the operator.
