DNA Cleavage by Organometallic Complex

By using agarose gel electrophoresis technique, DNA cleaving activities of two organometallic complexes, FcT (ferricenium trichloroacetate, bis (trichloroacetic acid) solvate) and TDC(titanocene dichloride), were tested in this paper. The results show that FcT can cause a single strand cleavage of pBR322 DNA, but TDC can't do under the same condition.
