In experiment group, 2-3 ml 2% lidocaine were injected into palatal submucoperiosteum with 1 ml injector. Block anaesthesia of nasopalatine nerve was employed by regular method with 0.2-0.5 ml 2% lidocaine in control group. Pain was evaluated with VAS method. Statistics was performed by Radit analysis. Results The experiment group acquired complete anesthesis as compared to the control (P0.01).
