High Reflectivity Metal Mirror for 1.06 μm Laser

Metal films were widely applied in optical engineering. Five metal films were prepared,its reflectivity was measured at several incident angle and a wavelength of 1.06 μm,the undulation of reflectivity relates to incident angles and polarization.
