The Hanning-windowed Interpolated Algorithm for Dielectric Loss Measurement with High Accuracy

When the harmonic analysis method is used in the on-line monitoring of dielectric loss, the non-synchronization between the data sampling rate and the frequency of the power network can cause remarkable error. In order to improve the accuracy, this paper offers Hanning-windowed Interpolated Fast Fourier Transform algorithm to track the change of power network frequency and correct the signal parameter which taken by harmonic analysis. The computing quantity of this algorithm is fewer, and the influence of harmonic on this algorithm is smaller. The result of data signal trial proves that it has higher accuracy and satisfies on-line monitoring of dielectric loss.
