Measurement System Inhibiting Common-mode Voltage of the Single Phase H-bridge Inverter

The single phase H-bridge inverter can generate common-mode voltage due to the sine pulse width modulation(SPWM)and vector controller.This voltage is harmful to the inverter,motor and the relative test instrumentation.Consequently,a novel measurement system is provided for the acquisition of the voltage and current output from the H-bridge inverter.The three main components of the test system are the voltage divider,the Hall current transducer,and the Nicolet data acquisition system.The test apparatus has a fast speed of analysis of the voltage and current data collected in real time.The fundamental current and voltage and their phase-angle difference are gained accordingly by means of the Fourier transformation.The voltage divider is symmetrically structured by three resistors(i.e.,a high resistance,a lower resistance and a high resistance are in series).Both theory analysis and experimental results can verify the truth of the proposed test method/system.
