Quantitative Analysis for SF_6 and Its Compositions in GIS

The concentration and type of its ramifications of SF6 in the GIS play a decisive role in the device's insulating property.A deep analysis of SF6 and its decompositions can help to find the reason of fault.In this paper,we try to find the concentration information which is used to analyze the fault reason of GIS from the infrared spectrum of GIS's gas.In order to find the concentration information of some special ramifications of SF6 from the infrared spectrum of GIS's gas,an artificial neural network model is established,which is based on the differential spectrum method.Particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the model.36samples from laboratory are used to train the model,another 10samples are used as test samples.At last,the trained model is used to find the concentration of partial ramifications from an infrared spectrum.It finds that the infrared spectrum for quantitative analysis of SF6's some special ramifications is possible.Although the accuracy of the method needs to be improved,this method supplies us a way which can give quantitative analysis of GIS's gas from infrared spectrum.
