THE DEEPER PROCESSING OF KAOLIN

In order to fully develop and utilize various kaolin resources,three deeper processing methods are adopted according to different characteristics of kaolin products resulted from beneficiation,impurity removal and bleaching.They are:(1) Roasting the fillergrade products followed by micropulverizing and surface improving to produce functional fillers;(2)Carrying out the reaction of roasted kaolin with hydrochloride acid under certain conditions to produce aluminium polychloride and white carbon black;(3)Synthesizing 4A zeolite with kaolin which can not be used as a high-grade paint for paper-making.
