Reflective Spectral Character of A Multiple Quarter-wave Phase-shifts UV-written Fiber Bragg Grating and its Applications

Reflective spectral character of A multiple quarter-wave phase-shifts UV-written fiber bragg grating(FBG) was analized theoretically by a transfer matrix method.Through changing the number of the quarter-wave phase-shifts,the length of grating and the value of the amplitude of index modulation Δn eff .we can change the distance of the two equal power peak and the value of the bandwidth correspondingly.
