Signal Processing of the Fiber Optic BOTDR Sensor Based on Wavelet Analysis

The measured signal is a time series made up of different frequency,and was processed by wavelet analysis.Denoising and singular point detecting of the measured signal is performed using wavelet analysis.Test resubes indicated that this method is effictive for detecting the singular points on a body surface.
