Research on Tianjin Real Estate Price Indexes on Hedonic Price Method

In order to reflect the real price variation of Tianjin and provide the basis for the government's macro-control and investment,the study adopted Hedonic Price Method(HPM)to model the price indexes of Tianjin real estate.The analysis is based on the practical transaction data.By adjusting the original transaction data,the residence with different characters is corrected to standard residence with the same character so that the price indexes of real estate are more scientific and objective.The indexes in 2009-2010 show that the calculation method of price indexes is rational and feasible.
