FLAT ORGANIZATION AND FLEXIBLE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

With the rapid development of information technology,knowledge economy pervades all walks of life at an overwhelming speed,with the knowledge styled business management being first affected.Flat organization structure,flexible management pattern and decentralized work mode have become the three main trends of knowledge-styled management.The boundary of the human resources management has turned to fuzziness from clearness, and to openness from closeness.In view of the organization structure transformation,this paper attempts to analyze how the flexible human resources management is carried out within the flat organization structure.
