STUDIES ON THE INFLUENCE OF COUPLING AGENT PHOSPHATE ESTER ON COUPLING EFFECTS OF CaCO3/HDPE SYSTEM

The influence of self-made coupling agent "W-893" on coupling effects of CaCO3/ HDPE system was researched. Engineering properties (Tensile Strength, Bending Strength and Impact Strength) , rheological behaviour (flow curve, apparent viscosity, shear sesni-tivity, temperature sensitivity, extrusion swell, pressure oscillation and melt fracture) and density were measured and came to the conclusion that the impact strength of system Phosphate Ester/CaCO3/HDPE (325 mesh) is 2-3 times as much as that of HDPE (5000s), even 3-4 times (1250 mesh) . It has better coupling effect than that of aluminic acid ester and titanic acid ester.
