Fuzzy Control Application in Military High-performance Phenolic Resin Production

Aiming to traditional phenolic resin production line problems of manufacturing high-performance phenolic resin, using the computer control system, the author realized resin production process control. According to the characteristics of the condensation reaction, the author apllied the improved fuzzy control algorithm to implement accurate temperature control of the key stage of affecting the product quality, and that meet the technological requirements of high-performance phenolic resin manufacturing, improved product quality, solved the existing problems.
