Apply of Transposition of Greater Trocbanter Bone Flap Pedicled with Branch of Transverse Lateral Circumflex Femoral Vascular to Repair the Femoral Head

On the basis of anatomical study, the greater trochanter osteocutaneous transposition pedicled with branch of transverse lateral circumflex femoral artery was designed for ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. Since January 1991,this technique had been applied in 26 cases. 13 cases were followed up for more than two years after operation, all with satisfactory results. The operative design, surgical technique and the clinical results were detailed.
