Suitable Irrigation Indexes in Different Growing Stage of Corn

ZHANG Ying pu, HE Wu quan, HAN Jian (Institute of Hydraulic Engineering Research, Northwest Sci tech University ofAgriculture and Forest, Yangling 712100, China)  
Field experiments are conducted to study the relationships among leaf water potential, soil water potential, stomatal resistance, photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, and water requirement, yield and some other physiological and ecological appearances in various growing stage in corn. By analyzing investigated experimental data, the critical values for irrigation in several growing stages of corn are determined and presented in this paper.
