Research on the Rational Surface Water Region Ratio for Transfer Flooding and Drainage

The concepts of surface water region ratio is defined according to multifunction of surface water region,its interrelated factors are analyzed.Rational surface water region ratio is defined in management of surface water region ratio.A basic thought,which can determine rational surface water region ratio for transfer flooding and drainage,is put forward.According to standard of transfer flooding and drainage,rational inside capacity of storage and rational drainage capacity of water project are determined by optimal technology to coordinate the capacities.Rational surface water region ratio can be determined by the rational inside capacity of storage.Structure model and mathematics model for determining rational surface water region ratio,hydrodynamic model for river net and economy model for scheme choice,are set up.The solving methods are put forward.They are feasible by an example.
