Study on the Assessment Method of Overall Efficiency of the Rainwater Harvesting and Water-saving Irrigation Project

A practical model—multi-level fuzzy gross assessment model, which was used to assess the feasibility of the rainwater harvesting and water-saving irrigation project,is given in this article,and the procedures for the model are presented.The result of field example illustrate that the model was reasonable and effective,the gross assessment result and relative sequence of which could reflect the conditions in all respect and the dynamic changes of overall efficiency of the rainwater harvesting and water-saving irrigation project.
