Relationships between Yield and Spatial Variability of Soil Water and Nutrient Contents at Different Growing Stages of Winter Wheat

Taking example for Shengao farm situated in Jiangyan of Jiangsu Province,spatial variability of soil water,nutrient contents and winter wheat yield were analyzed.The results indicated: ①the method was effective on analyzing the relationship of yield and soil properties.②The variability coefficient of soil water content was in the weak intensity and the variability coefficients of soil nutrients were in the middle intensity.③Soil organic matter and total nitrogen were most closely related with crop yield,the effect of soil available N on yield was next below them.Soil moisture and available phosphorus were not most closely related with yield.Available K was next above Soil moisture and available phosphorus.
