Industrial Structure and Economic Growth

This paper illustrates that the growth of China economy is primarily pulled by third industry, but the expansion of third industry will counteract the positive effect of economic scale made by the first and second industries. So the long-term economic growth only comes from improving on efficiency of the first and second industries.
