WEI Hou-kai(Institute of Industrial Economics CASS,Beijing 100836,China)
This paper examines the various conflicts, especially industrial conflicts in the metropolitan region, and reveals basic characteristics and patterns of the new industrial division of region.Under those investigations,an idea of metropolitan conflict management based on the industrial-chain division has been put forward. The author thinks that in the process of the regional competition and cooperation,to promote the formation of a new pattern of industrial division is an effective way to eliminate or ease the malignant conflict during the industrial development in the metropolitan region.
