Theoretical Study into Raising the Level of Open Economy

This paper explores the interactive relationship of the opening up practice of China and international economics,as well as international rules.It is found that China’s open economy is based on its own opening up practices,and characterized by territory open.It is a kind of multi-level,wide-ranging and all-round economic activity,and also a process of mechanism transformation.Based on the above mentioned research,this paper outlines the basic analysis framework of the system of China’s open economy,and puts forward the main content which is needed to perfect the institutional and mechanism reform of the system of China’s open economy.This paper argues that,in order to comprehensively improve China’s capability of open economy,firstly,the system of China’s open economy need to be perfected,and solve the relationship of give and take between China and the world,balance various contradiction relationships,achieve mutual beneficial,to fulfill the mission of efficient operation of both the security and the economy of the country.Secondly,two transformations are needed to improve China’s capability of open economy.One is the transformation of international development model.Not only considering the performance of international economic activities from the demand side,in the future,but also considering perfect the effect of international economic activities from the supply side.The other is the transformation of China’s role in global economic arena.Not only improve the capability of supply of public goods of China for the globe,but also gradually complete the reform mission from territory opening up to in-bound institutional opening-up.
