The Mechanism Model of the Employees' Subjective Well-Being

Employees' Subjective Well-Being is now a hot topic in the area of human resource management.The organizational performance is affected by its impact on employees' satisfaction.By using the SWB model,the relationship among organizational commitment,psychological ownership,total reward,work safety and SWB are analyzed,and the difficulties in the practice and its further research directions are presented.
