The Governance of Valley and Its Value

The governance of valley is a kind of special zone-governance.In the process of industrialization,the life in valley can be the gap of corporation,which is under the affects of the social modern development.When the gap is enlarger by the government unbalance structure,the governance becomes the problem of the whole areas of the valley.Therefore the governance of valley is to build a public value through different interests,and for the same purpose to protect the public life with the government's help.In China,the compound-government is the basis of new governance of valley.
