The Corporate Social Responsibility of Retailing

From the concept of corporate social responsibility and its theory basis,three layers of retailing corporate social responsibility model are proposed,and an effective service system which is helpful for the retail enterprises bear their social responsibility is introduced.The system includes cooperate-control system,process-control system,and feedback-control system.
