The Research on the Dynamic System of Global Value Chain and Its Operation Mechanism

Ye Huaguang(Huanggang Polytechnic College, Huanggang, Hubei 438002)  
The forming of global balue chain can be attributed to condition system, dynamic system and organization.The dynamic systems includes the forces to form the global value chain and their position.This paper analyzes its dynamic system by using the double viewpoint of mechanics and economics.The research indicate that the global value chain is depended on the power of linking.The requirement of market is the engine.When the engine operates, it follows the driving force from relative advantage:scale economy, specialization of economy as well as the dispersing force:the transportation cost, coordination cost and institutional cost.
