Study on Population Aging and Two-track Pension of Urumqi in Xinjiang

An aging population is the social development and progress of the symbol,in today's world is the prevalence of a serious social problem.The current Urumqi's aging problem is not serious,but the rapid development of social economy will intensify the aging population,and as the current social completely into the aging population development stage,the two-track pension system reform as for each people retire interests problems are brought to eager concern.In order to maintain and promote the Urumqi's social,economic and cultural harmony development,the study about the aging population and the two-track pension mode is very important.So we should improve the consciousness,ahead of aging could possibly have a negative effects.
