On the rainfed agricultur technique in South part of Ningxia

Wang Lixiang (Northwestern Agricullural Universily,Yang Ling,Shaanxi,712100)  
Based on the trend of arid areas enlarging and arid degree increasing,andthe fact of limited rainfall has not become existing productivity,We analysed the effectand further developing prosptcts of sole and whole rainfed agriculture techniques,whichinclude as follows:Water-saving agriculture and animal-husbandry structure,drought-tolerant cropping structure,run-off agriculture technique,the developing of accumucat-ing and conservating moisture techniques,mcreasing benefit of irrigated farmland,drought-proof chenvical maintainer and resources advantage in south part of Ningxia and so on.
