Study on Morphological Structure and Germination Character of five Desert plants

HE Hui,YAN Ling,ZHENG Bin(Inner Mongolia Agriculture University,Huhhot 010019,China)  
Through morphological structure observation,germination experment and studying on the absorption water character during the germination of Caragana roborovskyi Kom.Reaumuria soongorica(Pall.) Maxim.etc.five desert plants,the investigation implied:(1) the differences of the absorbed water quantity in germination of five desert plants are remarkable.(2) The differences of the absorbed water quantity in different ecotype of same genus in germination of Caragana roborovskyi Kom.,Peganum harmala L.var.multisecta Maxim.etc.are also remarkable.(3)In the process of absorbing expansion,the weight per 1000 seeds is positive relation with time and is negative relation with the speed of water absorption.
