Biochemical Composition of Caragana.korshinskii Kom.in Helingeer County of Inner Mongolia

Macroelements,microelements,amino acid,total-N,organic matter in C.korshinskii Kom.and the water content,organic matter and total-N in the soil growed with C.korshinskii Kom.were determinated.The results indicated that macroelements showed CaKNaAlMg in root,old branch and twig,but in side branch,they were CaKAlMgNa;The microelements of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu were different in different parts of C.korshinskii Kom.;The order of total content of amino acids in the plant was side branch root old branch twig,and the content was the highest in side branch,that was 7.476 mg·100 mg-1;The order of water contents in the plant was side branchtwigrootold branch leaf.The C/N ratio was 31.16,23.48,23.38 and 22.79 in twig,root,old branch and side branch,respectively.The order of water contents in the soil was the layer of 40~50 cmthe layer of 20~30 cm topsoil and the C/N ratio was the biggest in the layer of 20~30 cm.The results provided reliable data and theory bases for improving ecological environment in west China and choosing weather-resistant and sand-fixation fine tree species.
