On China's Legal Culture As A Particular Case in Knowledge Sociology

CHANG An(the 3rd Department of Law,the Political-legal Institute of Northwestern China,Xi'an 710063,Shanxi,China)
Many experts think the reason why the legal culture is developed in China is because of the introduction of the study of foreign legal culture. It is true to some extent. While in the author's opinion it is because of the real social requirements under particular situation. The appearance of legal culture is due to real requirements and historical thinking based on the particular 'social residence' and the requirement of breaking old system and so on.The introduction of legal culture only helps experts to understand and interpret the legal practice more widely and in the same breath legalize the study of the legal culture while not affecting its academic field really.
