CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF LIFTING THE OVERALL STEEL CORRIDOR BY HYDRAULIC TECHNIQUE

Shanghai Jinhongqiao International Center has a similar main structure with "triumph gate",and tower bridges of south and north are connected by 8-layer steel corridor.Taking account of the corridor structure and construction sites,this paper proposed a construction technology of lifting the overall steel corridor by hydraulic pressure controlled by computers.Construction plan,process principles and construction process were discussed in detail. At the same time,the locations of lifting point were calculated and possible changes in steel structure were detected.The results showed that both of the strength of lifting point and structural deformation could meet the requirements.
