KEY TECHNOLOGY OF INTEGRAL HYDRAULIC LIFTING AND SLIPING OF LARGE-TONNAGE STEEL MODULE

The installation technology of integral hydraulic lifting and sliping of large-tonnage steel module were presented.The principles of integral hydraulic lifting control system were described,and the key design method and key points of construction for installation technology installation were emphatically expounded.Engineering practice shows that the large-tonnage steel module is successfully lifted and slipped by synchronized hydraulic control system technology.It was proved that the installation technology could not only increase construction efficiency and quality,but also obtain a prominent economic effect.Finally,it was summarized that some problems of the installation technology,which existed in construction process,and need improvement,which provided an important reference for design and construction of similar large-tonnage steel module lifting and sliping with hydraulic control system.
