Research on Relationship Between Temperature, Heat and Thermal Deformation and Calculating Method

Based on systematically analyzing the relationship between thermal deformation and heat, a calculating method of thermal deformation using the average thermal expansion coefficient is put forward, by which the calculation of workpiece's thermal deformation under relatively complex temperature distribution conditions, such as the temperature distributing caused by moving durable thermal source, can be simplified to the calculation of workpiece's thermal deformation under even temperature distributing and with the same quality of heat, and a calculating example is presented.
