Study on Tool Wera of Milling Cuting of 0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al Stainless Steel

This paper studies on the tool wear and the relation between the speed of milling cutting,tool life and the distance of milling cutting of the 0Cr15Ni7Mo2A1 stainless.It used the pint-size microscope to observe the shape of tool wear,and analyzed the principles of tool wear.The result showed that it would better to avoiding using slower and faster cutting speeds in the process of milling the 0Cr15Ni7Mo2A1 stainless.The appropriate speed is about 38m/min.The chipping and adhesion are the main forms of tool wear in the process of milling the 0Cr15Ni7Mo2A1 stainless.
