Experimental Study of Milling Force on Large Radial Milling Superalloy GH3039

Based on the poor machining characteristics of superalloy GH3039,the experiment of cutting force is processed.The least square method is used to make a regression analysis on testing data,and the experiential formula for large radial milling is established.The influencing laws of cutting parameters on cutting force are educed,which can offer an important reference for optimizing cutting parameters.
