Global Governance:Between Norms and Experience

Lu Jing
Global governance is the necessary requirement of the development of globalization and global issues. Its emergence is of great theoretical importance. Global governance is both normative and empirical: the norm refers to the pursuit of ideal international order based on rights, which is composed of some common values; while experience refers to the process and result of the power struggle in pursuit of individual interests. The effective approach of global governance can be found in the unity and interaction of both norm and experience.
