The Case Study on HR,Organizational Culture,and Innovation Performance

This paper attempts to validate influence of cross border enterprises' organizational culture and human resource system on innovation performance, the mediating role of organizational culture between the HR system and innovation performance. Based on widely literature review, the paper constructs an influencing factors model and puts forward 3 hypotheses.150 companies are surveyed and efficient data is analyzed using regression method. The results from the survey show that three human resource (training-focused HR, performance-based reward, team development) and organizational culture which influence innovation performance, training-focused HR and organizational culture are critical influencing factors, and confirm that organizational culture acts as a mediator between a firm's HR system and innovation performance.
