The Modal Analysis of PZT Bimorph Actuator for Microrobot

A PZT bimorph microrobot had been studyed. It is suited for inspection of pipe which diameter is 20mm. With different boundary conditions of PZT, the natural frequency of microrobot may be different. So FEM( finite element method) was used to analyze it. Three samples to test the analysis result were also done. The analysis is conform to the experiment. All these is the theoretical basis of optimize the robot.
