A Fast Fingerprint Matching Algorithm Research and Implement Based on Curve Structure and Triangle Method

In the light of the barrier for determining the comparing reference points of two fingerprint images in the point pattern matching, a fast matching algorithm, which can find out the reference point efficiently based on integrated combining between fingerprint curve structure and triangle method, is presented. Through the experiment of verifying fingerprint matching algorithm, this algorithm is still of invariability of rotating and displacing, and it is fast to find out the reference point, fast to match, and of an attribute of resistance when trait points lost a few or some false trait points appear.
