Hydrothermal Synthesis for Preparation of BaTi 4O 9 Fiber

Wang Fuping, Song Ying, Jiang Zhaohua, Zhou Yu (Department of Applied Chemistry, Harbin Institute of Technology Harbin, Harbin 150001)  
Microwave dielectric materials of BaTi 4O 9 fiber were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. After hydrothermal synthesis, the precursor was sintered at 750℃~1000℃ for 2 hours. The product was characterized by X ray diffraction and SEM. At 750℃, BaTi 4O 9 phase appeared, and at 1000℃, there existed mainly BaTi 4O 9 fiber phases.
