Research on the Reverse Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions of China's Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years, a great part of the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of our country's manufacturing enterprises are reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions. This paper, from the two aspects of supply and demand, analyzes the unique effects of the reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions of our country's manufacturing enterprises, reveals the weaknesses of such mergers and acquisitions, and summarizes their basic experiences from several typical cases.
