SHA Yifang MO ShuiqunThe first People's hospital of Zhaoqing ,Guangdong, 526021
Objective To explore the clinical effect of early cryoprecipitate transfusion in patientswith severe trauma and operative trauma. Methods 1073 units (average 18.5 units) of cryoprecipitatewere transfused into 58 cases of severe trauma and operative trauma patients whose average injuryseverity score (ISS90) was 29.86. The blood routine , bleeding time and fibronectin (Fn) of 25 caseswere determined before and after cryoprecipitate transfusion; the plasma Fn level of 19 severe traumapatients were determined after cryoprecipitate transfusion at 0.5 hour and 24 hours. Results Thebleeding time shorted significantly after cryoprecipitate transfusion;the plasma Fn level signifi-cantly increased after cryoprecipitate transfusion at 0.5 hour and still kept at a high level at 2hours.Conclusion Early cryoprecipitate transfusion for severe trauma and operative trauma patientscan increase the plasma Fn level of patients , short the bleeding time and accelerate the repair oftraumatic tissues.
