Analysis of Tunnel Stability of Large Slurry Shield Tunneled in Shallow Covering

The problem of tunnel rising is a main topic when tunneling in shallow depth under the water.The calculating model of tunnel rising is established and the stability of the tunnel is analyzed when a certain shallow covering geological condition of a subaqueous tunnel is considered.The changing conditions of the river bottom's deformation and the tunnel's internal force after the rising force is operated on the tunnel are studied.Some rules can be obtained from the study and are expected to supply reference for the construction of the tunnel in the near future.
